  • Hi i'm new & need help please

    Hi

I have dipped in and out of this site for a few months now and have found some really good suggestions so far so I thought it was about time I signed up.

I make jewllery for myself and sell to a local shop. I have looked at loads of UK web sites but I am struggling to find larger glass and metal beads that are not focal beads. Anything above 15mm I am looking for. Can anyone help me please?

    Thanks

    Choops

I am confused.... it doesn't take much, so bear with me!

"larger glass beads that aren't focal beads, above 15mm"

I have loads, in fact I prefer big chunky beads in my designs.

What is your definition of a focal bead?

Say for example one large foil lined heart on a necklace with either smaller or no beads with it is what I would call a focal bead. I'm looking for larger beads that I can make chunky bracelets in funky colours either glass or semi precious. Round, oval, square, flat, puffed, twisted it makes no difference to me. Does that make sense????

Thanks for all the welcomes from everyone it's nice to talk to fellow crafters
