  • Hello

Hi, my name is Samantha and I'm new to this site. I make celebration cakes and cupcakes for family and friends and would like to branch out and start selling at local fairs etc. Not sure exactely how this craft forum works, but I'm sure you will all help and guide me (well here's hoping) .

Is there anyone else out there who can give me any advice of how to start out etc, so excited I can't wait to get started.

Thanks for reading and speak to you all very soon

    Sam xxx

Hi and a big welcome to you

I would suggest as you will be selling items to eat to the public you fiirst obtain your basic health and Hygiene certificate it's not hard and it's not expensive. Contact your local authority they'll have details where you can find one.

I would look at public liberity insurance as well.

      All the best
So many projects, so little time
