Suggestions for a novice entering the Crafts World

Hi everyone i am new to the forum and i am looking for ideas etc for me to increase sales of my products i.e. hand tied Salmon flies.

I have been selling on Ebay for nearly 2 years and have built up a good customer base but now feel i want to try and venture out to Craft fairs etc.

I would be grateful for any ideas or suggestions on the first steps, things to avoid etc.
