  • Hello!

    Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and new to crafting too!
I live in Manchester and work full time. I also have a husband and 2 children under 5 so any crafting i do will be late night when the kids are asleep.
I was at the library last week and came across a book about making jewellery so i ordered a few beads, pins and pliers online to give it a go. Supplies arrived Friday and i've spent a few hours this weekend experimenting. I have made a couple of pairs of earrings and a bracelet so far.
I'm hoping to use this forum as a source of inspiration and a way of finding good quality, reasonably priced UK suppliers as i progress with my jewellery making.
I just wanted to say a big thank you all in advance for providing links and inspiration.
    Happy crafting!

Hello and welcome to the forum - you've certainly come to the right place - there are a lot of jewellery makers happy to share their knowledge - just ask.

I hope you enjoy your new found craft and find that it's something to look forward to at the end of a busy day - a bit of 'me' time!
