Hello all. I have always been a knitter, mainly christening shawls, but now want to get into embroidery and card making. Recently widowed and need something to fill the time. Hopefully I wont be too tiresome by asking too many questions.

        Hi, and welcome!

Are you wanting to do embroidered cards? They're very popular over here - and sell well at markets.

Glad you are here. You'll find lots of company and friendship. Very sorry to hear of your recent loss. Such sad times. Come here often!

Hi Julie and sorry for your loss also, but on a lighter note be prepared to become addicted to this place and all the wonderful people you will meet, you can ask for advice and to give it, or just to generally have a moan.. we all do at some point!
