New - but needs help!

Hi allI am new to this forum but would like advice. If anyone out there can give me advice on buying a die cutting machine I would be very grateful. I have seen the Xyron demonstrated and I think it is great but would like to have a machine that combines cutting and embossing, which the xyron doesnt. Has anyone got any suggestions please?Look forward to hearing from you.June

Hello and !!

There are a number of threads which discuss die cutting machines - try doing a search but just look for the newer stuff.
I have a Sizzix - the red one before it was replaced and its fab! I use embossing folders with it too and am quite impressed! the Cuttlebug dies are also great in it too!

Welcome to the forum. The Wizard Die cutting machine cuts and embosses. None of the electronic machines emboss as well as cut out.
The wizard is the best on the market as far as im concerned. hope this helps.

think the Big Shot, Wizard, Sizzex, X-cut will all emboss as well as cut! Think the Wizard and Big Shot the most versatile for taking sizes and types of dies.
