I am Leigh. I am an American, but I live in Germany.

Yes!!

spent 2 years near Monchengladbach, just over 2 years in Osnabruck and then 2 years in Herford.

We left Herford and returned to UK in 2003. My youngest daughter was born in Viersen. Have a really close friend just left Hohne to got to M'bach, and one of my closest friends ever is an american girl I met whilst we were at JHQ together!!

I enjoyed many aspects of Germany but have to admit I don't want to go back now!

Actually, no. We are currently in the process of moving to Sweden after being in Germany since 2001. And back and forth from Germany and Sweden since 2005. Now we are looking to move permanently. I can not wait.
