Hi from animal mad me!!

Hello, I'm Vicky and I help run an animal rescue site called Animal Lifeline UK. We help other rescues right across the UK with everything from fostering, rehoming, transport, homechecking, fundraising and much more!

I'm a crafter myself and I love making cards. Here's one I made earlier :

The only problem is we've been approached recently by a number of animal rescues who have asked if our volunteers (we have over 3000 on our site) can get involved in creating crafts both to donate to raise money for rescue animals and for the animals themselves, particularly cat and dog bed and dog coats to help keep kenneled animals warm over the coming winter months. We'd love to be able to help but while we've got some very kind volunteers willing to have a go we're sadly lacking in projects for them to get stuck into.

Any help, advice or pointers in the right direction would be most appreciated!!

Have you looked on sites like Craftster to get some inspiration? You should be able to find plenty of tutorials online or maybe even on You Tube?

Thanks Emily. I've been trying to get permission to use some of the images but haven't really had much of a response yet. People have obviously put a lot of hard work into these and I don't want to upset anyone by just taking them without it.

YouTube is a great idea, I shall go have a look on there now, thank you!

Hello, nice to meet you, there are people offering royalty free images but I'm not sure if any are available for re-selling items with the images on. Ok for your own use though. Try a search online.
