  • Good Morning and Its lovely to meet you all

Hello, Good morning to you all.

I would just like to introduce myself.

My name is Marie and with the help of The Princes Trust have just set up my business creating and selling my handcrafted Jewellery.

I've been reading sites like this for many years, and now I feel like I may be able to contribute alot more so I thought I would come and say hello and get involved

Im hoping to meet like minded people and help those that need advice in my field of jewellery making. Also get some advice for myself as I'm still learning from you all aswell

Thankyou for reading this and please feel free to message me if you ever need anything.

    Take care all.

            Hi, welcome to the forum!

I hope you don't mind me asking, but would you mind sending me some information on the help you've got from the Princes Trust? I've been looking into it myself and can't seem to find out anything so any information would be greatly appreciated!

Heres the info on the Enterprise program that Im on: (I cant paste urls, so I have copied there info from there website below to give you an idea, but if you google princes trust enterprise program it will come up with the info for you.
They so far have given me great support, training course in business, and I have just been approved start-up funding. I couldnt have made my business the success without them, and now I get support for a further 3 years.:

                    info:

Depending on the outcome of this process, the programme can then offer mentoring support and, for those that really need it, financial support to start a business or mentoring support to secure goals in employment, education or training.
Is it for people like me?

The Enterprise Programme is for people who:
                    • Have a business idea they want help to explore
                    • Are aged 18-30
                    • Are unemployed or working less than 16 hours a week
                    • Live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland
If you are all of these things, get in touch using the form below. If you don't fit in to these groups
                    What help could I get?
                    • Advice on employment options
                    • Business skills training
                    • Business planning support
                    • Start-up funding
                    • Ongoing support from a mentor
                    • Access to a wide range of free and discounted products and services. This includes our free legal helpline, sponsored by Barclays.
Note: Participation in the Enterprise Programme does not guarantee that start-up funding will be awarded. Applications for start-up funding are assessed in relation to a number of factors including perceived risk, business viability and individual need.
                    How can I apply?

Availability of the Enterprise Programme is subject to local funding restrictions. To find out whether the programme is running in your area, please submit your details using our online form and a member of your local team will get in touch.
