  • Hi To All!

    Hello everyone

I'm Kelly and I am a full time mum of 2 and part time jewellery designer (very part time!). I have been designing and making jewellery for around 4 years now, and after a break decided to go one step further of setting up my own website.

In the past I mainly concerntrated on beaded jewellery, but have now taken a shine to Silver Art Clay and hope to make most of my items with this.

Anyway thats enough of the gabble. Just thought I would introduce myself and say hi. Also if anyone would like to take a nose around my site and let me know what you think that would really be appreciated. There isn't alot on there at the moment, but hopefully I will add more soon.

    Thanks

    Kelly

Just had a look around your website - your jewellery is lovely!!

I spotted a couple of pages which you might want to look at to correct some small errors
        1. The links page has some problems with one of link's HTML coding and the CraftJuice logo is broken
        2. Your contact number is missing from your Contact Us page (it just says or you can call... and then there isn't a number to call!!)
A very nice site - love the colours and layout. Hope you don't mind me pointing out the above on your first post!!

                      Hi Kelly

I've just joined and have also been making beaded jewellery. I've requested some silver art clay for Christmas as it looks really exciting. Is it as fun to use as it looks? I'm hoping to make my own small charms to add to necklaces.

                        Hi Becky

I started using art clay about 4mths ago after I initially wanted to go into silversmithing, but equipment was too expensive etc. I find it really fun and quite a fascinating thing to use. Its really just like playdough and you can do whatever you like to it. If you make a mistake before you dry it you can just mush it together (is that a word??!) and as long as you put a tiny bit of water on it so not to dry out then you can start again as much as you like. I dry my items in the oven and fire them on the hob, so really simple. Would really like to buy a kiln, as you can't really fire beads on a hob.

                        Sorry for the waffle.

Hope you enjoy using the clay
