Hello from Oxford!

Hi all - this forum is absolutely amazing and full of useful information! I do jewellery and fashion.....I am quite new to this business but am already so excited about having my first stall at one of this year's Christmas fairs

I was wondering....are there any problems with false offers being advertised? Like, do people ask you to pay a certain amount for a fair X and then it doesn't actually exist? I had one offer like this and I am not sure....all the other fairs didn't want any money upfront....

I'll be attending one of the charity fairs in Luton on the 28/11 + 04/12....it'll be by first fairs and the first time I'm trying to sell my things....I hope it will go well But everything will be fine at the beginning I guess....getting money from the stall back in and some (at least little) profit from the jewellery
