Hi Zoe, welcome to the forum! If you are looking for craft fairs, look in the craft fair section of the forum to see if there are any coming up in your area. Also try www.craft-fair.co.uk . Have you thought of approaching shops to ask if they would stock a supply of your cards? Lots of card makers here so sure there will be lots of helpful tips and ideas for you.

Hi Zoe and welcome to the forum, you'll love it here ! Have you got a website ? If not you could get one from Mr Site for around £35. This is for a year, after which it's about £2.50 a month...and it's sooo easy ! Alot of us here have a Mr Site 'Site'. Oh and another thing, now that you've joined us, you probably won't get many cards made !
Best wishes

Hi Zoe, i make handmade cards too. At the moment i sell mine in work but i have just purchased Mr Site which is a website builder. If you don't want to have your own website to sell your crafts, have you thought about ebay?
Hope you enjoy the forum.

Welcome Zoe.
I don't sell my stuff unless someone begs me to do some quilling for them. So I have a house full of quilling (well, my parents do actually) and have started doing some as presents for my "victims" (sorry I mean friends).View my flickr

Hello Zoe
Welcome to the forum from me too! I make cards and used to sell them on my website but now I just make them for fun as I am too busy selling my backing papers on my website to make cards to sell! You have had some good ideas from everyone so far and I haven't anything better to add so just take my best wishes for the selling!
We are a friendly bunch so join in as often as you can.

While reading the above link i had an idea.....
What about going round to nursing homes/sheltered housing places, if you made up a pack of cards and left a box for money in it they could put it in their staff room/communal (spelt wrong!?) lounge area. Then staff and residents could just pick them up while on shift.
It would need trust of course but you could suss them out when you go to enquire about it? It would work even better if you knew anyone that works in these type of places.
You could always give a percentage of takings to the residents fund or something like that?
Good luck....
