Hello everyone I`m new to this but thought it best to introduce myself and my website.

I`ve just started my maternity leave and want to turn a hobby into a small income if possible. I make blinds and curtains for friends and family, however thought I`d stick with just cushions for now on my website.

Please take the time to have a look and any suggestions, comments and orders greatley received.

Also I`m looking for a craft fair/christmas market to do in East Sussex/Kent area so if anyone to arranging one or attending one please could you let me know.

Hi Kirstie and to the forum!

Just had a look at your website - your cushions are lovely! I really like the colourful flowery ones! Have you heard of the following websites to sell hand made items:

    www.misi.co.uk

    www.folksy.com

    www.etsy.com

You can list on these sites for 20p and it would be another way of getting your work seen by the public.

All the best with your new venture and with your new arrival.

              Hi and

How long do you have to go until the baby arrives?

Baby is due 7th Sept so a few weeks to make a few more cushions. I`ve found a small craft fair in Uckfield, East Sussex on Saturday 1st Aug, it`s only small but runs along side a Farmers Market so got to start somewhere!

Any advice on running your 1st craft stall??
