Hello everyone, my name is Emma and I live in Edinburgh.
I am the founder of Art Clay Scotland which is located at The little Bead Shop on Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh. I am a qualified Silver Clay teacher and will be running workshops from April. I will also from time to time be doing demonstrations in the shop- so if you are curious and fancy seeing how the clay works then do contact me and I'll let you know when they are!
I am also addicted to glass and make my own beads on a torch! I discovered beautiful lampwork beads through making my own jewellery months ago - but towards the end of last year making beads had overtaken making the jewellery and I have never looked back since. Ocassionally I make something with my beads but its not very cost effective as I can never part with a piece that I have made
I'm really looking forward to experimenting with the glass and silver clay as they can be stunning together. I love chatting to fellow creative people and look forward to getting to know you all.
