  • More beads

    Hi Everyone,

My name is Mel and I thought I would have a go at the Craft Forum so it will take me a while to negotiate it all. I am a mad beader but the beads I like are secondhand so I source them from bootfayres etc. I have absolutely thousands and am always on the look out for more. I take them apart and re design them. It is totally as a hobby only - giving them away to friends and family and sometimes selling at bootfayres. I am always looking for new ideas and hope to get some inspiration too.

                      Thanks

Thanks all for the lovely welcomes. Bootfayre time is nearly here so I shall be busy searching for fresh supplies.

Is it me or do all you beaders do the same. Apart from the making and designing, I get so much pleasure from sorting, I can sit for hours. And I think I collect the boxes as much as the beads. I am looking for ideas for displaying necklaces. At home I have them on a clothes rail in a spare wardrobe - excellent.

Hope you all have an excellent Easter - not too many choccies yum yum.
