  • hello everyone

    Hi everyone

I have just joined the Craft Forum. I have always been busy making things and started to take it more seriously last year. I started sewing in September and didn't really stop until Christmas! I went to lots of craft fairs and did okay but was so frustrated as there were so many people there who bought "handmade" things or were selling mass produced stuff. So I decided with a friend to try and run our own so now busy sorting out insurance, accountant etc and going to give it a go! Everything has to be 100% handmade and sold by the maker and we are going to really look after our stallholders. Anyone wants to join us..let me know!

Hiya and welcome to the forum..
I think we all feel the same about bought in goods, I've come away from so many fair peeved off at the sellers who think buying in their stock makes them a crafter
good luck and keep us up to date with your mission

                  that's an excellent idea

Good for you- that's a great idea- there is a BIG difference between someone assembling a product and making something by hand-
                  Good luck with it all.
