Hi, I'm new to this site, but it looks very much like UK Scrappers of which I'm a member. I thought I would join this group too -you seem like a friendly bunch. I've got a craft robo and although I don't have a lot of time to spend playing with it, I'm finally finding my way around. I've got v2.4 software with it and believe there is an updated version on a French website, unfortunately I don't read or speak French so I can't download it. That's a big shame because it's actually free! (now there's a novelty) and I presume that Graphtec will want to charge for this and I'm not going to as I paid £40+ for the DM software and don't blinking use it. Anyway, I digress. I really enjoy cardmaking and have my own craft room at home. I'm lucky as both my sons are now married (we have 4 wonderful grandsons and not a pair of frilly knickers between them.....). There's not chance of any granddaughters on the scene but we love them anyway! Only one of the grandsons is into cardmaking so we enjoy this on occasions - he's now 15 so it's not quite as cool as it was spending time with nanna (and not to mention girls are now on the scene!). Do we have a section here on Craft Robo?
I also enjoy scrapbooking but not as much as cardmaking. I knit, sew, embroider and make jewellery - I don't know how I fit working for a living in!!!! Well, I hope to speak to some of you soon via the site for tips and ideas.
