  • Hi from Dorset

    Hi Folks

    Another newbie.

I try to make jewellery, copper, silver, brass, wood and glass mainly pendants but some bracelets etc.

I will probably have a load of questions for all you brilliant crafters.
    Take care

    Sandra

                Hi Cats Eyes,
                Welcome to the forum.
I'm not too far away from you, as you mentioned Axminster in your other post. I'm near ilminster and my DS works in Mole Avon - He's the tall, (6ft) dark and handsome lad there.

Hi Catseyes, welcome to the forum . We used to live in West Bay, Bridport and I used to do a little craft fair there. What's the weather like there at the moment?

Hello there - we've had three great holidays in Dorset, two many years ago staying in the Ilchester Arms, Symondsbury and this year based in the Spyway Inn, Askerswell.

A beautiful county with so many interesting places to visit, with Folk/Craft fairs and venus.

                            Thank you everyone

Wow thanks everyone for the wonderful welcomes.

I live in the very North of Dorset, and its very cold here right now.

I love learning new skills and will therefore be asking a lot of questions. There is one right now which I need to go take a look at.

Very much into Art Deco as well. If the next pendant works out better I will take a phoeo of it but the present one has a glaring mistake in it. Never mind I just love learning and making things.

Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year all
                            Take care
