  • Hello Everyone!

I am completely new to this world of posting messages on a forum - in fact, this is my first post ever. I normally browse others postings but have now decided to join in!
I've been making silver jewellery for a few years now and really enjoy the silversmithing techniques I'm learning -although admittedly they are very basic ones.
I am based in the Glasgow area and anytime I look on this site to see what events are going on in my area I'm sadly disappointed. There seems to be a whole world of fairs and events going on - but not in Glasgow - and not contemporary.
Right now I'm into stone setting. If it sits still long enough and looks like a stone it'll end up in one of my rings!
The danger with me signing up to craftsforum is that I'll spend more time posting and less time in the workshop!
    Bye!

Hi there, to the forum, but beware - it is very addictive & time consuming
