Hi to the forum, can't help with a website sorry as I always make my own too - dead easy, like Pagan said you just need a template (I use a score board) and away you go.

          All the best x

            Hi
A warm welcome from me to.
Answering your question about boxes ,I also make my own using the score board.I priced the boxes up as I make jewellery and some of the larger boxes are not cheap especially when you have to factor the price into your asking price ,many people will not be prepared to pay this. The added bonus is that you can make colours that match your specific items in my case I use a lot of golds, black and silvers. You can make such a huge size range and sometimes when you buy boxes you have to buy a certain amount of one size that you may never end up using them all .
I buy all my card from the paper celler as you can pick and choose your exact colours to fit all your handmade items.
I use one a4 sheet of card , a score board, bit aof wet glue , a couple of pegs and I worked out it cost me 8p to make each box after the initial outlay of your score board.
            Happy crafting
            Jacki
