I need your help.

There is a friend of mine who lives in Surrey (sorry in this moment I forgot in which town but it is close to London) since this summer.

She needs to buy material for making decoupage things like wooden tray, glass dishes, acrylic colors, napkins, glue etc...

Do you know any shops?
