  • Hi I'm new to this board

Hi all crafters, I am new to this board. My name is joanne and I live in sunny oldham lancashire. I've been crafting since I was 7years old. My grandma taught me to knit and I haven't looked back. I now do various crafts now within the papercrafting genre as it were. Pergamano which is working with parchment for those who don't know , I like embossing, stamping working with watercolours but my latest passion is bursting boxes. I am at present making some christmas ones.I also like to make jewellery but always end up keeping the stuff myself.I am a stay at home mum, I have four chldren ages ranging from 23 to 4. I have been married 3 times and I am still 41 years young. I just married the wrong ones that's all, never mind. Iam also writing a novel and a childrens book. I have my fingers in far too many pies really. I love gardening and I have 5 chickens whom I love to bits too. i like my busy life, it stops brain rot setting inI look forward to sharing tips and that and meeting new friends along the way kind regards Joanne x

Nice to meet you. Good luck with the writing. Do try to get them published, a lot of people write them and then not follow through. (I'm one of those sadly). Look forward to talking to you.
