Nice to see you. Can you tell us a bit more about yourself. You sound like a little squirrel that nips out now and again when its hungry.
          I'll watch this space.

hi all thanks for dropping by. Just had me dinner. What do I do? I do leathergoods, usually hand stitched cases and satchels but can make just about anything. I did put 3 piccys in my album but I don't know if you can see 'em. If you can have a look and let me know. I will then put in some more.
Oh yes who called me a squirrel? Only joking. I am not really mad just with this crap weather. When I have more time I will explore further.

to the Forum, I'll have to have a look at your goods to see if I can burn on them!! What a line to open with, eh?

Thanks Selina, I will take a look at what you do in a mo. Woody leather is good for pyrography but it don't half stink when you burn it. If you want to get burning you want natural veg tan or russet, and away you go.

Yeah, I keep meaning to get some vegetable tanned leather to have a go on but I haven't ever got round to it yet.

Si, I could let you have a few scraps if you like. If you ever want some then let me know rather than buying a full side of the stuff. Other than that you can get some bits of Ebay or Midgeleys leather merchants in Chedder stock some veg tan.

Thanks for that, I will send you a PM shortly as I'd love to have a go on some leather. Jeez, the heavens have just opened here, it's pouring down!
