  • Hello from Devon

My husband and I are in the process of setting up here in Devon. We are mainly interested in wood, ceramics, box covering and soft furnishings.

There is such a wide variety of products to use its mind boggling. Can anyone advise me on what I should use to cover boxes, box files and lever arch files. I have looked for papers but can only find 12 x 12 papers or wrapping paper but I want something a bit more longer lasting than wrapping paper. Maybe fabric would be better, should I stiffen the fabric first and what glue would I use.

We are just starting out and any advise would be very much appreciated

    Thanks

Thanks for welcoming us. Its good to get ideas from others. We are hoping to make lots of nice things and maybe get a business going, you never know. We have a website address but there is not much on there as we are still in the early stages of making our goodies

        take care

My husband says the same, only we got rid of the woodburner. So we tend to look at a piece of wood and see what we can make of it

I can't help you, but you'd be better off starting a new thread if you have a question you want help with. There's more chance of someone seeing the title and being able to help.
