  • Hello to you all

    Hello everyone,
I am Christine and i live in Cornwall, I used to do cross stitch and loads of cards, now i do a few paper craft work shops if the fancy takes me but my main love is jewellery making.(actually its buying beads

I have always been too tight to buy full priced fashion jewellery so often used to buy 2 necklaces the same from the sale rail and making matching earrings and bracelet with the 2nd. I really started to make jewellery when i realised i needed something else on my stall when trying to sell cards at craft fairs - i made a few bits of jewellery with friendly plastic and took them with me to a christmas fair. They sold out - since then it has escallated - i soon got the bug for buying beads - i buy twice as many as i use!

I now spend most of my 'me time' making jewellery - including tiara's - and sell at craft fair, which i find very hit and miss, at my own jewellery parties and through a little stall periodically in the staff room of the school where i work.

Love to hear from you all

    XXChris

PS When i hit the 25 posts i will post some of my work, including the tiara i have made my daughter to wear at her school leavers ball tomorrow night.

PPS do i win the prize for the longest intro?

    Hi Chris and ,

You might well be in the lead for the longest intro! Well done.

Can't wait to see some of your work. I too love making jewellery...see my work on my website but the best part for me is the choosing and buying of beads. Most of my work is bridal which I love.

looking forward to hearing lots from you.
