  • Hello everyone!

Hi, my name is Terry and I live in Kent.
I create dichroic glass jewellery as well as other jewellery using beads, pearls, crystals etc. Never one to follow a trend I was unhappy with what was in the stores (in my affordability range). I saw a stunning but really simple necklace on a friend and thought, as you do, ‘I bet I can do that!’ and so it began with costume jewellery. I have always loved glass and after having bought a few pieces decided it was time to go on a course and learn this art for myself. It was only when I published my website (2 days ago) that I saw this forum in my google ads! I have been in isolation for so long! I dared not click through the ad so I googled craft forum. I look forward to meeting, talking to and learning from fellow crafters.

              Thanks for the warm welcome!

              Hi,
Thanks for the warm welcome! I have been looking around the site. I have the same issue as Jan, it's not easy when none of your friends craft so I am glad to be here.
While my husband enjoys nicking cufflinks he just smiles when I ask what he thinks of my ideas and says he cant visualise it and will let me know when he sees the end product!
