  • New beader!

Hi everybody, hope you are all well.

As you've probably guessed I'm new to the site and this is my first post.

So, a bit about me... I'm a 21 year old student, currently studying molecular biology and also a keen beader. I originally started making jewelery and then moved onto making beaded animals/creatures. I'm currently thinking about getting into selling them as charms/keyrings (although not sure where to start - craft fairs? ebay?)
I also do a bit of cross stitch now and again. I've done a few tatty teddy (me to you bears) patterns and a few bookmarks for family/friends. (I'm quite fussy when it comes to which patterns I like though that's my problem!)

I'll have to post some pics of my bead creations when I've got a bit more time. I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing tips/advice.

    Chat soon!

HiLaura Lou. You sound like a busy lady. I make jewellery, mostly crocheted and knitted wire stuff at the moment tho I do all sorts. Also made a few beaded creatures after following a link posted here on the forum.

            Hello and
Another jeweller here, although at the moment I'm working in sterling silver. But beads always have an attraction!

                Hi and welcome .
Wow, I can only admire you. You really are a busy bee, and then it's me who reckons I don't have the time to make my beaded jewellery. People like you just brings it into perspective.
