  • Good evening from the West midlands

    Hi everyone,
I found the forum while browsing t'interweb looking for info. I very recently decided that lifes to short to waste, so I've decided to turn one of my hobbies into a business. Don't get me wrong I'm not about to launch a fully fledged operation, but I'm definately aiming to progress from "hobby" to "living". I'm never really happy unless I'm making something. So I'm going to be devoting a lot of time to copper foil stained glass work.
I think thats enough for now.
    Cheers Kev.

Hi . Good for you! I make jewellery myself and would love to be able to make some kind of living from it. In the meantime I am just enjoying being creative.

Good luck with your new venture, let's hope you can turn it into a fully fledged operation one day! Have you sold your work at craft fairs? Perhaps you'd be interested in coming to my fair on 19th July, in Sutton Coldfield. It's going to be a great day, and it's strictly only for hand made items. Tables are £16. PM me your email address if you think you might like to come (i've only a couple of spaces left - but am sure I could squeeze you in!!)
