I'm not sure - just a guess because the top of his hair goes missing at some point.. will have to watch it again but its making my eyes go crossed

I've just been staring at it for ages trying to match heads to legs....

                  Possible solution
Call me mad if you like, but I printed off a couple of copies of the picture and then played with it by chopping up the picture.... The chap on the far right has his legs chopped in half so doesn't need to "borrow" anyone elses legs when he moves... I had figured out it had to be a black shorted, white T-shirted chap........ This is my theory (after 20 mins or so playing with bits of paper!!!).

                      My idea

The other thing is that the middle chap in the group on the right when there's 12 of them has his torso chopped in half so making an extra white shirt...

The extra pair of shorts comes from the left hand group of 5.... the chap at the back on the right of that group has his shorts cut in half and he takes the half of the legs off the one who lost half his legs.....

                      ( hope your following this....)

As for the extra head.... the chap in front of the one who had his shorts chopped in half loses half his head.... and only gains a hairdo from one of the chaps in the right hand group.

                      Did you get all that????!

Way tooooooooooo.....smart for me to even considering how it's done . But it is clever.
