  • Ebay madness

I think we should have a regular "slot" whereby we post the most ridiculous prices on ebay auctions.

My contender for the day is this one

    Anybody got some black lace....??!

    Very...um....

    ....funearal....

Not me at all. Isn't it amazing what some people will buy? I suppose they'd look good somewhere, but they shut out all the light.

Good idea about the crazy bidding thread though.....a giggle a day...!

To cheer myself up after spending a fortune on Christmas, I went on ebay and searched under "unwanted christmas presents" - that was entertaining for half an hour or so!! Amazing what people will pay £40+ for!!!!

Did you see the listings of some unopened presents that a well off admirer gave to someone, but her husband didn't want her to keep them? I'm very intrigued by those!

The sad thing about those 'nets' are they orginally cost £200 - WHAT????!!!!!

Okay ... here is today's offering

Now - I know art is subjective, but does anybody else think the asking price is a little, how shall we say .... "overambitious" ?

That angel is scary!! It looks like it's coming through the wall!

It does have a make an offer button, do you think they'd be offended if I offered a quid. If i won I'd find a way to take the wings arms and floaty material thing off and use it as a display bust.

I think that 'angel' would be a great burglar deterant, stick it in the window and no one will come in your house, its scarey!
