    Good Morning All

We had a wonderful time with the puppies yesterday they were so cute and cuddly and cannot wait for the 26th July.

Designed a handbag last Friday wanted eyelets which I was not going to pay silly money for got some off ebay (brilliant price) arrived on Saturday, trouble is by that point had moved on to a new project, so Friday is finishing what I started (or did not start) day sewing a handbag.

Mencap have contacted me and accepted my tag tutorial and are using the picture of the finished item for their ecards, linking back to my site how cool is that really chuffed.

Have a good day all think due to be warmish today have already flung open all the windows.

That's a great piece of news and it's lovely that they link to your site.
I've got a bit of tidying to do and some making up to complete. i might potter a bit in the garden later.

      Good morning all

That's really good news Caroline, well done.

Plan for today? Delivering a wedding card order, getting 'stuff' ready for tomorrow's event; nothing else specific planned, but likely to be crafting methinks

      Enjoy today all

Another day of getting orders packed and posted and not much else. I'm still trying to take it easy so any housework will just have to wait until I feel better although I think the antibiotics are now kicking in as I do feel a bit more human today.

I'm going to give myself the evening off of making I think, I've spent the last two weeks making chainmail almost all of the time I'm not at my day job and my hands are feeling it now!! I've got a few things to organise over the weekend for my fair next saturday so the plan for tonight is to write myself to do list, make sure everything made so far is priced up and maybe take a few photos and add some bits online...or that could all go out the window and I'll just have a glass or two of wine instead!!

Morning all - just finishing my first cuppa and about to make my second before sitting down and packaging up new designs ready for the weekend. A couple of orders to get to their next stage today so that they can go off early next week plus a new order received yesterday to start!

Well done Caroline for your Mencap success, that is great news!

Have a great day everyone - another beautifully sunny day and Mens Semi-Finals tennis to watch later too, bliss! (Although absolutely gutted that Federer was knocked out!)

Feeling much better today, so I should hopefully be a lot more productive. It's the first of the month, so the dreaded accounts loom, plus I've taken advantage of the natural light (yay! We have light today) to do a bit of photography. I put the blog up last night, so that's done. I've got some orders to parcel up, my replacement chains finally arrived for the celtic unicorn and the raven pendants, so I've got them to add to the website. And it looks like next-door's kids are ensconced for the day with their aggressive dog, so I can't let Niamh out - should be fun with the dog with the world's smallest bladder! I'm sure there'll be some badminton racquet waving, too, given that there seems to have been a sudden explosion in the fly population. Plus I've got four baby rats who are demanding to be played with.

Good morning everyone. Just a quick break as I'm helping to cater for a bun fight tomorrow that started out with 20ish people and now I think it will be nearer 120 !!! I'm on desserts, merangues, coconut slices, chocolate and strawberry cake, passion cake and anything else I can get done oh and a couple of trifles ( grown up ones with plenty of booze soaked sponges )

Back to the kitchen, HAGO and enjoy the lovely weather.

Good afternoon! Was in Austin much of the morning running errands with the grandkids - we stopped to get a soda at a drive through and the woman in the window saw my new little bird cage beside me on the front seat and asked what it was for - she took my phone number down when I told her Love Birds, as she wants a pair - yay!!!

Indri, I am working on your felted lemur while H&W are asleep for a minute or two...

Mencap - will have to google that but sounds like something very good, so congratualtions, Caroline!

Mo, are you kidding?? You have to make all that, for that many people???

Just read about Mencap - what a wonderful organization! What was your tutorial about? (You might've said, but I can't remember...will go back and look.)
