Oh no! Lets all take a moment to think of the poor victim who has lost their hat. We should have a whip round to pay for some counselling for them.

Don't tell me it is in Rugby. We have a Bilton and a Bilton Lane. I know we have some choice people here but that???????
Is it Rugby. Was it in The Rugby Advertiser or The Observer. I get this sinking feeling.

Oh no! I am gutted that I haven't found any scarves in trees to go with the woollen hat!! Or gloves for that matter.

All we ever have in our local paper is the high school sports reports (blech)and the sheriff's report. I LOVE to read the sheriff's report. It's actually interesting, to see what's going on and where...there have been no reports of hats in trees, but there ARE occasional reports of cows on the highway, and a fair number of "discharge of firearms" reports.

Our local rag is so dull that sometimes I wouldn't be surprised to read news of someone tripping over a turnip. Still, better to be boring than full of bad news, I suppose.

Wish our area was that dull, we have murders galore, 9 year old drug dealers, arguments over the town mayor, and we are not an inner city connubation, more a small town, attached to a larger town, out in the sticks.

I bet it is Bilton in Rugby, although my only surprise is it's not in the Daventry paper - mind you, it might just be a bit tooooo exciting for publication in there!!!

Speaking of papers, has anyone read the Framley Examiner online (google it) - the best laugh you'll have if you share the same weird humour as I do
