  • packaging dog biscuits

I've been making dog biscuits for my own dogs for a while (who love them) and now some friends have offered to buy some off me for their dogs. I really want to package them nicely since it's come as a bit of a surprise that I've suddenly got this surge of demand. Anyway, I was thinking of putting them in resealable plastic bags (to keep them fresh) and tying the top with a pretty ribbon and attaching a hang tag to the ribbon with the name of the biscuits and the ingredients list. What do you think?

When i make them (and give them away, the batch is usually quite large!!) I wrap in greaseproof paper then pop into a sizzix die cut box or i pop the cookie into a glassine bag (not sure where you can get them here, these are from the states) and wrap with a ribbon.

The cookies i make are fairly soft peanut butter ones, so they actually benefit from being in the air, if you seal them in a bag or box, they go mouldy!!
