  • Oh B*gger :(

I've been working on the house all week - massive spring clean time... so I'm pretty knackered.... and consequently, dumped my entire bead box on the rug last night All size 11 seed beads, so we're talking thousands.

Now, along with another day of hard slog, I have to sort them all out before I can get back to my projects! *insert bad words here*

    Yes- feel free to laugh!

Scrape them all up, take them into the garden and sort them in the sunshine! Good luck and get some rest...

Oh, nooo. I know exactly how you feel, having done the same thing more than once. It's a bit like falling, and you want to stop it, but know you can't.

I did laugh, only because last week I had my own bead disaster: I was sitting at my table next to an open window with all my bead/crystal boxes open when Lucky, my very fat Spanish cat, came flying through the window and upended every box. The OH laughed so much I thought he was going to give himself a hernia. Needless to say I was not amused.

Poor you, what a frustrating time-consuming job to have to do. Maybe you'll get some inspiration for new projects whilst sorting. I had a similar thing happen once and enlisted my 7 year to help! I did pay him a bit of pocket money for his trouble!

            Good luck!

Oh no, I hate when that happens!!!

It wont help sorting them, but put a pair of tights over the vacumn cleaner and that will collect them all up for you - makes it much easier (as long as you dont use fishnets, lol!)

I've still got a stack I need to sort through from erm quite a while ago,lol

Good luck and def enjoy the sunshine, it's probably all we'll get!!!

oh no!! poor you. A week of sorting out for me too, on and off, have given up for this evening and shut the door on my very messy, craft/dining/playroom. 'Oh well, tomorrow's another day!!!'.

Didn't laugh, honest, tittered maybe, but laugh, never.

                          hugs. xxxx
