They are 16ft round and I would Sooo..... love to have one in my garden they are so calming and I would escape inside if I get stressed out or be able to bead and sew in peace.
Here is the website if anyone wants a mooch, there are loads of photo's of the inside.

Yurts are so roomy and versatile.No.1 son has one for his family. It takes just over half an hour to put it up and they even have solar panels for electricity. Carpets on the floor. I love it. No wonder you want one.

They look lovely! I only have a 'normal' tent but when we camp I aspire to the yurt experience!

And do you know you dont need planning permission to have one, as they can be erected and taken down in the same day

I haven't even got a tent, but a yurt would be wonderful. I'd love to go out to Mongolia and stay in one for a few nights

I agree Peter, but a great way to 'shut out the world'

Some of my friends have these on their farms and are doing very well

Most are booked up through from Easter to October - the children are encouraged to help on the farm

These look soooo relaxing and peaceful... I can just imagine spending a few days away in one of those, relaxing and closing out the problems of the world. Much more relaxing than our normal tent!!
