Not seen it. I know I'd be in tears so I won't watch it.

I took Fern to see it (she is 4). It is a feel good movie most of the time but the ending is a tear jerker. Sobbing!

I read it and didn't really like it. My friend who recommended it to me told me that she was sobbing at it pretty much all the way through but she used to have a dog and it brought back a lot of sad memories. But I've never had a dog (and/or I'm dead inside) so apparently I won't be affected by it as much.

I have heard the book is really good so i have been meaning to read that before i watch the film- but typically didn't get there in time! oh no, if it's anything to do with the dog then i don't think i could go watch it at the pics! I am a real animal lover!

My dd (aged 8) has been nagging me to take her. I always cry in films so I'm not so sure I want to go now

I hate dogs and i cried! I think i got upset about the baby though and just carried on crying about that for the rest of the film! And the rest of the night for that matter, I hardly slept that night!

Does anyone else think Owen Wilson has a REALY boring voice??? He should be a news reader or something!

I have no issues with Owen Wilson's voice but my 8yo is still insisting that we go to the film. I told her it was sad at the end and she said "oh does the dog die? Well I still want to see it." Seems I have no choice

I can't see it I'm guaranteed to be crying at the end of it (I even cry at lassie films!). I can't take the hubby either, he's worse than me, lol.
