Has anyone ever clicked the advert 1 rule to a flat stomach?

I once did........
I read and read and read! An hour went by before I realised all I'd done was read loads of reviews! I couldn't find anything out about it that helped.

A few weeks later I found another link and clicked on it but it wanted me to sign up for loads of stuff and pay fees so I'm none the wiser
