Any crafters in the Harrogate area?

I just moved here and I'm a little lost as to whats on offer craft wise (shops, classes, groups etc) so I was wondering if there's anyone else from the area (or close by!) who can help me out? I only really know my boyfriend and his mum so new friends are always welcome!

There is the Great Northern Papercrafts Extravaganza on in Harrogate at the end of March - if papercrafts is your thing!

But what crafts are you into (or should I have read the introduction threads?!)

I just started out glass painting for now but I'm interested in card making and jewellry making!

Where abouts is it held? What type of things are there?

I am from Leeds but don't live there anymore. There is a big hobby craft in Leeds! I don't know about Harrogate though sorry!

The Pavilions in Harrogate usually host big crafts show throughout the year. There is a huge bead show in March and October every year.
