show us your workshop/ studio/working area

dont know if this thread has been done before, i had a search through posts and couldnt find anything.. appologies in advance if its has been done before.

i love to see where people work.. not least to make myself feel a bit better about how messy i am lol!

fancy posting picys of your studio, workshop, working area?

would go first but i cant even get into my basement at the moment for floor to ceiling junk, cant wait to finish my house improvements to get my space back again... so you first!

Hi silverbirch I seem to recall there was a thread about this somewhere but I searched and couldn't find it either - maybe another member can find it for us

I don't have a workspace as such, I craft at the shop and also at home - unfortunately when I'm at home the bits I need are still at the shop and when I'm crafting in the shop I always need something I've got at home.

Thats mine in my Avatar. It is in the back garden and doubles up as a spare emergency bedroom. (We only live in a small bungalow.)

Your workspace is nicer than my bedroom! Can I live there. I love the comfy looking chair. My chair is awful, and I cannot fit my legs under my table, which may be causing all the backache!

Auntynet - great pictures!!!! Made me chuckle!

I took some pics of mine the other day to start a thread- but wasn't sure how well received the idea would be!!!

Iv'e added my piccies to my albums in my profile.

Ok, Ok, I have just had a tidy up!!!

I am so pleased with my plastic drawers from Wilkinsons- recommended by indri- cheers for that!!!

Now all I need is a computer networked in there so I don't have to keep going up to the office to print things i need!! Not much to ask for is it???

The chair is from Ikea, the cushion handmade by a good friend (wonder why she thought I'd like a red spotty one!)
