Auntynets not happy

If youve not noticed nets not been around today, thats because shes spent the day in bed dying (her words) shes got the lingering flue, migrain, and run down,
Despite my best efforts I cant chear her up. (even told her its OK for her to shout at me) just got a growl for that
So anybody got any happy things to chear her up, quick cos Im getting very bored with only the dog to talk to

I finally got my lights up outside the house so will try and post a pic tomorrow for you to see.

I'm just sooooo fed up of feeling ill - its been one thing after another for about 3 months now and I honestly can't remember when the last time was when I wasn't ill with something! I think that today my body just gave in and I needed to sleep. I had all sorts of plans of things I needed to do today and nothing got done cos I didn't get up til 7.00pm and I've been dozing on and off in the chair since then. Poor Urbtaf - he's been an angel really, putting up with me without grumbling and he even made me one of his egg sarnies earlier and he just did me some chicken soup (tinned of course) cos "you always make soup for me when I'm ill".

Am gonna have an hour and then go to bed again. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow so I can get on with some of the things that I should have been doing today.

Sleep is a goodly cure - but don't push yourself to function during the next day or two, urbtaf had his sickleave the other week so you're entitled to yours!

Antynet, its the same up here. Im starting to forget a time when i was well! If its not the cold, its sickness and scoots and then a chest infection and another cold! One thing after another. But just think, xmas is coming up and it will soon be time to relax and take a break and recharge batteries. Thats whats been keeping me going!!

Awww...hope you feel better today, and I think Urbtaf is really thoughtful opening a tin of chicken soup - all I got when I was ill was a crisp sandwich!

I tell you what, if Santa can't find Rudolf when it comes to guiding his sled, he can use my nose because its now brighter and redder than his every was!!!

Already gone through box of tissues and on my second one and just want to crawl into bed but have the chap coming to look at brand new furniture I'm not happy with plus 3 orders to get finished and out in the post today - thats before I even look at the housework, whats for dinner and what shirt to iron for hubby's work tonight

Now where did I put those extra strong flu tablets and lemsip
