  • I'm excited....

I've been asked to paint a huge 8' x 4" picture in the church service on the 21st december with two teenage girls. We'll be painting during the service at the front so that people can watch it unfold.
I love doing big pictures. Have just emailed my thoughts out to the girls.

That sounds really exciting. Although I am humming 'tie me kangaroo down sport' I used to love Rolf's big paintings.
Are you going to have a 'can you guess what it is yet?'

will do my best to get some photos.

I don't want to prepare too much in advance, as I like spontaneity (not sure about the spelling) I've done a basis drawing for placement and have emailed the girls over the weekend. Just waiting to hear their feedback. I'd like each person to have their own individuality come through so have divided the canvas up into sections to be worked individually and then to colour blned the pictures back together to form the whole picture.
