Big fluffy flakes falling from the sky here! the last time it snowed in October (i have just been informed) was 1962 and it snowed right through to april 1963.

Just been to the shop in the village, and spotted a clump of snow or ice still on the road from this morning! The therm on the car reads 2 degrees with a risk of ice, and it's raining.

We have snow here in Birmimgham! Its about 2 inches deep at the moment and beginning to look like a winter wonderland!

Snow - I wish!
All we seem to get in Lancashire is rain! There's so many ponds springing up my water loving dog is having a field day. Its freezing cold though and we should have plenty of ice around tomorrow
