  • Where has it gone....

I have just written a reply to a thread about copying and trends, it took 10 minutes to write and get it right and now its gone into thin air, Can't write it again as I just haven't got the heart. Boo hoo. Mean mean mean computer.

Oh dear that's not good - I've never had that happen before. Do you reckon it's your computers or the forum??

I think generally its the computers but sometimes I think its over demand on the forum as I get a busy thing....

I get that sometimes but I think it is the computer at work because it always tends to happen at lunch time when the hospital server is busy with everyone surfing at lunch time.

I try to refresh it but generally my lengthy reply has gone and I don't have the heart to start off again.

          Cheers.

A good tip is if you submit a post and some problem happens e.g. your connection etc.. Use the back button it if your lucky it will take you back to the post screen with your message still in the box! ..

Or/and highlight your text and copy it (ctrl C), then either paste it into a word document and save it or pull up a new reply box and paste it in (ctrl V).

Can you tell I've finally learned the lesson after losing many a reply?
