Anyway I came across a twitter account that tweet who is in court .. very odd..

Is it one of those things that is required to be published? Like when you probate someone's will, you have to take out an ad in a major paper to announce it is being probated...maybe it's one of those legal things....

        http://www.thelawpages.com/index.php

I think its a legal requirement????

My local paper lists all court activity each week. ( I'm happy to say that I haven't been listed).

Although pages linked from here can be used for many purposes such as picking baby names or the realistic naming of your imaginary characters they are merely here to highlight the bugs in the scripts behind this site. When listening to the loud arguments in your local supermarket you will be forgiven for thinking that Chardonnay rules this list but she is not a patch on good old Christine.

Its a required lot of info that needs to be given out for anyone to see. Plus it helps other agencies such as mine. I work for the Parole Unit in Edinburgh and often need to find out if any offenders who are on licence have been in court again.
