Omigod, that's sooo up our street....
When we exhibit our vehicles we go to various dances, 40's/50's style.
Hubbie and i tought ourselves to jive, it's such great fun!!!!!
Hubbies fav outfit is the evacuee schoolbay, shorts, 3/4 wellies dirty knees and a gas mask box, he gets away with murder when he's dressed like that!!

People think that we are bonkers but they just don't get it do they....
      So who's the band??

I have no idea....but I bet their good - it's all being set up by Americans, and they know how to throw a party!

Himself is looking forward to the food, which is said to be spectacular.

I won't get to dance, mainly because I have two left feet which will be twice as clumsy in 3" heels, but who cares....

I can't wear 3" heels. Not because I can't walk in them but at 5' 8" in bare feet I generally tower over a lot of people. With an extra 3 inches height I would be like the jolly green giant.

Enjoy the night but you will be guaranteed to have sore feet by the end of the night.

              Cheers.
