  • Ebay Warning!!

There are spoof emails going around purporting to be annual account information updates. They look very convincing, but there are subtle spelling mistakes, which I found very funny.

Do not click any links, just forward it to [email protected]

It's definitely a spoof, so don't click on anything, or give any personal details.

Yeah, I got one sometime last year and I nearly fell for it, yeah Jules it was the terrible spelling that caught my attention and made me realise that something is wrong here.

If you get an message from ebay they will always copy it into your messages on your ebay page so if I want to check if a message is genuine then I open ebay in a separate window and log in from there. If it is in your message section on there then it is genuine.
