.....collect the new car today! Yay! How blissful to have a totally reliable car for once. We've never ever had a brand new car before!

Then we're taking my sister to Ikea Bristol. I love Ikea. Gayle wants glass lamps to do her Pooh & Friends glass painting on, and I want their fabrics!

And Swedish meat balls from the Sweden Shop.....yum.

Not as good as you! I remember when I got my car it was brand new then too and it was the first brand new car I had ever had ...they smell lovely!! Enjoy your new purchase..no MOT to think about..Yeah!!

Ive had a class cancel for today, so i have a completley free day at the shop so i can actually ben creative and do what i want to do for a change, maybe do a bit of scrapbooking to put on my wall in the shop, although saying that whenever i get a bit of spare time i either get really busy or all the customers that like to come in and spend 20p but stay and chat for an hour will turn up!!!!! dont know what this horse is supposed to stand for but i just wanted to use it

Hubbie has a VW Crafter on order it should be here in the next couple of weeks. He's soooo excited about it. Not least by the amount of Cup Holders in it!!!! And the table thingy that comes down between the driver and passenger, apparently that's to 'put the KFC on' life must be one long tea break eh??
I'm at the shop today, got to get the freezers full again ready for the weekend, i just can't make it quick enough!! And to think i may be having to make it for 2 shops next year!! Yikes when will i ever make my jewellery?
Tonight we are off for a motorbike ride to a big gathering at Bently which is not very far but going with lots of friends so should be fun, and of course there's a pub at the end of it......

I will be in work all day, go home, do some candles, then go out and help at my local weight watchers class. Will get in about 8.30pm then have my dinner, and fall into my bed - Wednesday are always a busy day for me.

any tips ive gained nearly 2 stone since i bought my shop and spend all my time sat on my ever expanding rear making cards, demoing, teaching etc.Have done weight watchers thing but only managed to lose weight eating no point soup all the time ( dont want to do this a again)

Ooooh - Ikea! I went on Monday to Ikea and I was very restrained - I drooled over the fabric but didn't buy any. Bought some funky little tins though to put some stuff into in my craft room - oh and an ironing board for the craft room too. Got sick of running down two flights of stairs to get to the one in the kitchen!

As for me, well today I have been sorting out some little orders, got to make a box for a peg rack in a mo. I make them out of receycled cardboard, it takes a little longer but is cheap and good for the environment.

I'll give the chickens thier lunch at 1pm, have my own lunch and then into the workshop this afternoon. Got a few things on the go.

Ah, just another day. The sun is trying to shine, getting there.

I've put on 1 1/2 stone over the last couple of months, come to think of it i've been putting wait on since i joined the forum!!!!!!!! i wouldn't mind but i can't be bothered to go clothes shopping. I'm on a healthy eating diet at the moment as i want to lose half a stone (to get down to 9st) before my friends hen night at the end of May. We are all dressing as saloon girls (not my choice) the dresses they've chosen don't leave much to the imagination. Will have to invest in a good pair of tights and some chicken fillets!!!!!!!!!

I too am on a healthy eating diet. I have been for a few months. I was doing quite well. Then someone mentions Ikea meatballs and I have to wash the car 'cos we have to go to Ikea tomorrow for some meatballs. Thanks. Cheers. Thanks a bunch. Oh well, I suppose I could just get one bag.............or two...........and some sauce............and some lingonberry jam...............may as well get a few bags then if I'm getting all that jam........................

Only advice I can give on dieting is nobody can:

a) do it for you. (duh)

b) nobody can make you do it you have to want to lose the weight yourself. So if you really want to lose weight I recommend joining a class and STAYING TO THE MEETING!!! Know it's a pain in the bum and we are all starving because we have had nothing to eat before we get weighed!!! But a little bit of brain washing as I call it works wonders.

The nearest Ikea to us is the other side of Leeds (about 60 miles away) so I only get to go about once a year . Love the meatballs though and can't wait to go again.
