I LOVE Kylie as does Anya and Matt. Anya even has a little Kylie calender in her room!! Gotta start them young..... I would love to go to the Kylie exhibition but don't think I am going to be down that way while it's on - you've got to go Seahorse
If the weather is nice then I might plant some bulbs in the garden this weekend, got a huge pile of ironing to do (although that can wait!) and I have a willing helper for tidying my craft room tomorrow. I offered Anya the option of playing with her train set which is in the room next to my craft room but she said no, she wanted to come and help mummy - I guess that means she will be playing with my button box then!

Nothing exciting for me I'm affraid. My foot's still a bit dodgy and can't get my shoe on yet so might cart the kids and Grandma to B&Q (with slipper on) to order some paving. Grandma bought a wooden playhouse for Ben & Evie so now I've got to dig up roses and lay the paving before we can put it up - THANKS GRANDMA!!!

Nothing that special.Hubbie is working on a new patio, so I'll be keeping the kids amused. Well thats whilst they're not trying to help! Going to check out a craft fair in Bury St Edmunds on Sunday, just on a research mission, I'll definately try not to buy anything(easy said than done) as I'm checking it out to see if its worth doing. Its on every first Sunday of the month.

I'm doing the sunshine dance too, I want my new patio in time for the summer and my hubbie doesn't need much excuse to stop working.Rain will send him straight in with a cuppa.

I went to the National Herb centre and got some herbs and blueberry bushes there. I have such great plans to use the herbs in my cooking.....
I also baked some muffins and that was about it. Did a little bit of quilling, but not much to show so I'd better pull my finger out on this world!

Went to see the Kylie exhibition last Friday.
It swas really good, loads of photos, about 25 outfits, big screen showing her videos/concerts.
Saw her 'cant get you out of my head'outfit and the gorgeous blue feathery showgirl outfit.
What amazed me, apart form her bum being the width of one of my thighs, is that the outfits look great from a distance but(and no disrespect meant) you look up close to them and they look like they were just bunged together. The 'cant get you out of my head' white outfit is made form that cheap stretchy jersey stuff and not even overlocked around the side split!!
Maybe this is me being too particular but I thought as the costume of a musical icon she would have demanded neat edges.
Another outfit looked like it was bought form Topshop.
Teh showgirl outfits were beatifuly encrusted with swarovski and sequins, there were some amazing sketches by Jean Paul Gaultier in watercolours.

I was very dissapointed by the gift shop.I usually like to buy a pen, fridge magnet or cup but it was a gift shop in a 2metre corridor with badges/postcards from 50p then it went up to glossy books for goodness knows how much, the cup didnt even have a piccy of Kylie on it.

But, overall, well worth the visit, it was really nice to see kids enjoying them and the mums saying 'oh look, where have we seen that?!!'
                      And its free!
