            Gobsmacking....

....where our cats sleep, and they cannot possibly be comfortable..
This was one day last year when I was ill, sleeping in bed with my coat on, and it was 22 degrees outside...

                No.....

....I've never tried serious quilting. I started one as a teenager, out of scraps. I used all the paper pentagons and all my pieces were sewn together by hand. A few years back, I thought I might carry on with it, but realised that it had been lost many moons ago when my parents moved house.

I bought the blue one from Dunelm years ago, and I keep having to repair it.

                      Those 3 are Family

..The middle one is HunnyBunny again, the huge one at the bottom is her brother R.D. (short for Red Devil) and the top one is her son, The Harrycat.

Since they started building thousands of little brick boxes around here, traffic on our road has gone from one or two cars a day, to hundreds. Consequently we've lost HunnyBunny's daughter Ellie, her other son Our Fred and her mother, Freckles, to the road over the past four years.

This is Freckles, another one for sleeping in odd places....

And this is Our Fred, whom I still miss, two years on. It's a rare shot, as he's actually the right way up...Fred's prefered sleeping position was on his back with all four paws in the air.....

And when do you get time to do any sewing with all those cats steeling the thread?

                        All the best.
