It's rare these days that you want to say a big 'thank you' to a company for providing a good service.
But I'd like to thank my credit card company for a top class service. On New Years Day they rang me about a payment going through my account, they were concerned as to whether I'd authorised it. It was only for £5, yet they took the trouble, on New Years Day, to check it out. I think that is wonderful.
Just got an email from them confirming my change of address, and they added to the email a note hoping we're comfortable in our new home and that the move went alright.
It makes it feel more personal, I appreciate that, so a pat on the back for my credit card company, who shall remain nameless for security reasons!
